Can I get a VAT receipt?
We are not currently VAT registered, and as such all payments are exclusive of VAT.
What are your products made of?
Most of our product are made using Recycled Leather as the main material. Recycled Leather, also known as Bonded Leather, is a material that is made by combining ground-down leather scraps with latex and a few other components to produce a sustainable, homogenous material that is perfect for digital printing.
DELIVERY
I have received someone else’s order
We are very sorry to hear that the order you have received is not the one you have ordered.
Our manufacturing and packaging are done by hand and unfortunately, on very rare occasions, packing is subject to human error.
Please get in touch via our Contact Us page and we will rectify this mistake.
Where is my order?
Due to an increase in orders, delivery of your order can take up to 1-2 days longer than expected.
If you think your order is late, please do the following:
- Check the Dispatch Date & Postal Method on your communications from us.
- Reference below to see when your order is due to arrive.
- If your order has not arrived in the below time-frames please get in touch.
Royal Mail First Class (UK Only)
Your order will arrive between 1-3 days after dispatch. 90% of orders will arrive the next working day.
Royal Mail Tracked 24 (UK Only)
Delivered next working Day (exc Sunday). A signature is not required.
Royal Mail Special Delivery (UK Only)
Delivered next working Day (exc Sunday). Signature required.
Ireland
Your order will arrive within 4 days of despatch.
Europe
Your order will arrive within 4 days of despatch.
Rest of the World
Your order will arrive within 7 days of despatch.
Alcohol (UK Only) Royal Mail Tracked 48
Delivered next working day. Signature not required.
Some orders may be upgraded to courier delivery at no extra cost.
CANCEL / AMEND
How do I cancel or amend my order?
Orders can be amended or cancelled via your order history if we have not started manufacture. If we have started making your order then it may not be possible the change – please contact customer service to inquire if an amendment can be made.
If your order has been sent it is no longer possible to make any changes.
COLLABORATORS
How do I become a collaborator?
If you wish to work with us then we would love to hear from you.
Please send an email to info@foreverprintworks.com with Design Collaboration as the subject field, and tell us about yourself – including some artwork if possible.
OTHER IMPORTANT INFO
When will I receive my refund?
Once processed by a member of our team, our payment provider submits refunds to your bank immediately. Depending on the bank's processing time, it can take anywhere from 5-10 business days to show up on your bank account.
If you have not received your refund within this time frame, please get in touch.
Do you have content restrictions?
Yes, please refer to our Terms and Conditions for full details.
Can I buy in bulk / do you wholesale?
Yes we do, however it is at the discretion of the designers with whom we collaborate.
